RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to product availability.

Returns are accepted within 4 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed.
• In their original condition.
• Returned with all original tags and packaging.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received and approved, the refund will be issued within 2 business days through the online payment method preferred by the customer.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer refuses to receive the order after shipping, the shipping fees will be charged.

Items showing any signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
